In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in warehouse operations and have a keen eye for detail to maintain inventory accuracy. Duties Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, documenting any discrepancies. Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and using appropriate shipping methods. Operate various warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks to move products safely. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and update records. Assist in picking and packing orders according to customer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any shipping or receiving issues. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy. Experience Previous experience in shipping and receiving roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Proficiency in operating pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
