In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining the integrity of inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving processes, as well as familiarity with warehouse management systems. Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents. Perform order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and updates in the MRP system. Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments, manage stock levels, and report discrepancies. Operate reach trucks and other material handling equipment safely to move products within the warehouse. Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure timely processing of online orders. Prepare shipping documentation, including labels, packing slips, and bills of lading. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Skills Proficient in order picking, packing, and fulfillment processes. Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Experience in shipping and receiving operations within a warehouse setting. Knowledge of warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and shipments. Ability to operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members across departments. Experience in e-commerce logistics is a plus.
