MISSION CONTRBUTION
To ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and stewardship of E-Commerce donations through donor and customer relations, processing donated goods, and quality control—to maximize profitability and increase training opportunities.
THE POSITION
Under the direct supervision of the TLC E-Commerce or designee, the E-Commerce Team Member is responsible for assisting in the facilitation and processing of merchandise through the E-Commerce departments while portraying a positive image of the organization.

THE QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of antiques and collectibles preferred High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred Ability to research and set price points using technology Familiarity with packaging and shipping procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with basic software programs, spreadsheets, and standard office equipment
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Uphold Goodwill’s drug-free workplace and core values, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment Adhere to zero tolerance policies for harassment, substance abuse, workplace violence, and related offenses Process merchandise posted and sold via Ecommerce platforms (e.g., Google, eBay, Amazon, ShopGoodwill), ensuring accuracy with locator slips and designated storage Pull sold item reports and retrieve items for shipping; generate packing slips accordingly Package items appropriately, verify item numbers with packing slips, and ship within time requirements Manage weekly inventory, including pulling and packing unsold items, while upholding Kaizen principles for efficient space usage Maintain department cleanliness and support opening/closing procedures Work with the E-commerce supervisor to meet production goals and revenue targets Scan items using e-commerce software to determine value, using key data like ISBN, UPC, title, or author Sort and separate items not meeting department criteria Ensure quality processing of donations to meet category and sales goals Maintain urgency to meet production count goals and keep workflow (“River”) moving Uphold Goodwill’s Guiding Principles, including donor interaction, inventory turnover, equipment use, and donation stewardship Maintain a safe work environment by complying with all safety guidelines May be required to participate in activities outside of typical duties Attend training sessions and in-service opportunities as assigned Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader Coach or Assistant Team Leader See attached job description for full description.
