Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pack and Ship Retail Associate. In this role, you’ll assist customers with packing materials, shipping services, and general retail support, while also helping with truck rental operations when needed. It’s a fast-paced environment that calls for excellent communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in-store with packing, shipping, and product inquiries Recommend and sell packing materials and shipping services based on customer needs Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper packing and accurate labeling Process shipments through carriers, such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Support rental operations, including checking trucks in/out and basic inspections Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail area Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior retail, shipping, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills and comfort using shipping software Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
