Our operation processes between 15 to 200 packages per day, ranging in weight from 1 lb to 50 lbs. The right candidate is experienced, independent, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. Job Summary As our Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the daily flow of incoming and outgoing packages. This includes preparing shipments, verifying orders, maintaining supplies, and ensuring everything is packed correctly and on time. This position is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied. Responsibilities Process and ship outgoing orders using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and other carrier platforms Ensure shipment accuracy by matching products to packing slips and purchase orders Maintain an organized and clean shipping area that meets safety standards Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and supply management Work with the team to improve shipping processes and meet daily goals Safely operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, tape machines, etc.) Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse role Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfillment and shipping platforms Proficient with basic math and able to manage inventory accurately Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to work independently and manage time effectively Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Stable work history specially in shipping with at least 2 years at previous employer
