Job Summary:
Crown Automotive, a leading automotive dealership in Pinellas Park, Florida, is seeking a responsible and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Shipper/Receiver at our Pinellas Division. As a Shipper/Receiver, you will play a key role in ensuring that our dealership runs smoothly by managing the flow of inventory in and out of our facility. This is a full-time, hourly other position with an opportunity for growth and career advancement.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory from various suppliers and manufacturers Create and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory Organize and maintain the dealership’s physical inventory, ensuring everything is properly labeled and securely stored Prepare and package items for shipment, including boxing, wrapping, and securing items as needed Effectively communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of needed parts and supplies Process and document all outgoing shipments and delivery receipts Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse management preferred Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in basic computer software programs, such as Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Knowledge of automotive parts and vocabulary is a plus Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
