Shipping Associate Traba App – 2.3 Clearwater, FL Job Details Full-time From $16 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications English Driver’s License Power tools Entry level Full Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, stacking, and loading fully assembled boat and jet ski trailers for shipment to our distribution centers or directly to dealers. This is a hands-on, physically active position that involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and using hoisting systems You’ll play a key part in ensuring our trailers are safely and efficiently prepared for transport.

Essential Functions:

 Ensure all components of the trailer is protected from damage from supplies used to stack trailers (i.e. dunnage). This includes placing carpet under the wood.  The ability to tape stacking supplies to the trailer.  Must use a nail gun to adhere dunnage together and identify and understand where to place.  The ability to read the schedule and locate the trailers in the yard.  The ability to remove parts from trailers using power tools to stack correctly if needed.  The ability to use a hoist system to stack trailers on top of one another.  The ability to strap the trailers to either contract, flat beds or straight truck.  Must be able to back flatbeds into the stacking bay.  The ability to load truck which would entail the ability to maneuver around the trailers on a flatbed or straight truck.  The ability to load loose parts and secure them to either the trailers once already stacked or the flatbed.  Follow all written and verbal instructions.  Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.  Able to work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends.
