Position Overview:

The Shipper/Receiver Supervisor helps achieve world-class store performance while contributing to and supporting the overall branch strategy, performance, and growth. The Shipper/Receiver Supervisor oversees the shipping and receiving of orders and helps maintain the overall organization of the branch. What you’ll do: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Supervisory experience, which includes work direction, coaching, and performance management, along with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Logistics work experience in such areas as warehousing, materials management, or transportation, preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work quickly and accurately Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working Must be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) High school diploma or equivalent required

Skills We Are Seeking:

: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Forklift experience preferred Supervisory experience, which includes work direction, coaching, and performance management, along with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Logistics work experience in such areas as warehousing, materials management, or transportation, preferred.
