To coordinate the materials and inventory being received, shipped, and stored into the facility

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain shipping schedule up to date and email to appropriate distribution list
• Hand out work orders to team members for staging and shipping of orders
• Check drivers in and assign doors
• Ensure all paperwork is signed and accurate before turning in to customer
• service
• Scan all paperwork and keep in orderly fashion on the computer
• Communicate in a timely fashion the status of orders to customer service
• managers, supervisors, leads and directors
• Scan and email all dock audit forms to quality manager
• Scan and email all trailer inspection forms to safety manager
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is signed, printed name, and date before
• scanning to appropriate distribution list
• Ensure efficient operation of shipping and receiving product to customer while
• maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Maintain excellent housekeeping practices in shipping area
• Practice proper safety techniques
• Complete general area maintenance duties on equipment as assigned. This may
• include help from the maintenance department when necessary
• Follow all procedures and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned and/or requested.
