Shipping & Logistics Coordinator Location:
Greensboro, Ga | Full-Time | Abaco Polarized Abaco Polarized is a fast-growing eyewear company based in Palm Beach, Fl, known for high-quality polarized eyewear backed by a lifetime warranty. We’re looking for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our operations run smoothly as we continue to grow.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and computer-savvy individual with direct experience in shipping, supply ordering, and logistics. This role is not for entry-level candidates or those with only picking and packing experience. The ideal candidate will understand the full shipping process—from order creation to delivery—and be comfortable working with shipping software, spreadsheets, and e-commerce systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily order shipments across multiple channels (Shopify, Amazon, wholesale, etc.) Troubleshoot delivery issues and handle claims with carriers Maintain proper inventory of shipping supplies and reorder as needed Create and improve shipping procedures for speed and accuracy Work closely with the customer service and warehouse teams Track incoming inventory and coordinate with vendors on deliveries Help prepare large bulk orders and ensure correct documentation and labeling Monitor shipping performance and costs across platforms
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment Strong computer skills (Google Sheets, shipping platforms like ShipStation, etc.) Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Nice to Have (but not required): Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Shopify Knowledge of international shipping or customs documentation Familiarity with wholesale or B2B shipping processes Please do not apply if your only experience is in picking and packing orders.
