Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our warehouse team on 2nd and 3rd shift. This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying inventory, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders. Prepare, pack, label, and stage outbound shipments according to customer and carrier requirements. Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (if certified). Accurately update inventory and shipping records in the warehouse management system (WMS). Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping/receiving goals. Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or shipping software is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
