Job Description:
- Outsource Logistics is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks. This role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping and Receiving:
- Prepare and process shipments, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and packing slips
- Coordinate with carriers for timely pickup and delivery of shipments
- Resolve any shipping or receiving discrepancies promptly
- Prepare orders in WMS

Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory records in the system
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or surplus to management
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency

Quality Control:
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report issues to the appropriate department
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during handling and storage
- Implement and follow procedures for product labeling and proper storage

Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Experience with WMS System (Camelot Navis) a Plus

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels
- Prepare reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and other relevant metrics
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is a plus
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Type 30 words per minute
- Use of Measuring devices. Ability to use calculations of whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages and products, up to 50 lbs
- Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods may be required
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
