Job Description
•The purpose of this position is to manage inventory, to mark and otherwise prepare parts for shipping, to prepare documentation for parts to ship, works with shipping companies to ship product as required.•
Duties:
Accepts stock from inspectionMark parts as requiredUse customer check off sheetsMoly parts as requiredBag parts as requiredPrint labels per customer directionPrint shipping documents as requiredPackage parts as requiredLabel boxesNotify shipping companiesCount and verify all partsControl stock roomTrack shipping due dates and react accordinglyGenerate reports as requiredReceive in all incoming product/document appropriatelyFiling as requiredFollow all documentation proceduresFollow all regulatory proceduresNotify appropriate departments for miscounts, incomplete paperwork and other issues as they ariseVerify counts, documentation, part numbers and all other traceable elementsOther duties as required
Requirements:
•High school diploma or GEDAbility to read, write and understand EnglishAbility to use basic computer programsAbility to count accurately’•’
