Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Grand Isle, LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in shipping and receiving preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move heavy packages Excellent communication and teamwork skills
