In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with their purchases. You will be responsible for receiving inventory, stocking shelves, ordering products, managing transactions, answering phones, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales counter, ensuring products are readily available for customers. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns about products. Collaborate with team members to achieve excellent customer experiences and enhance customer satisfaction. Keep the sales area clean and presentable at all times. Skills Strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Experience in cash handling, ensuring accurate transactions. Proven customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features to customers.
