The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the order fulfillment process, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to operate various equipment safely and efficiently. Duties Manage the order fulfillment process from picking to packing and shipping. Utilize warehouse management systems and AS400 for tracking inventory and shipments. Operate equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load and unload products. Ensure accurate shipping and receiving of goods, maintaining high standards of quality control. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate. Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling products. Experience Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse role is preferred. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and distribution center operations. Proficient in using warehouse management systems, AS400, RF scanners, and other relevant technology. Experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
