This role is essential for maintaining the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems and a strong understanding of shipping and receiving operations, particularly in an e-commerce environment. Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and packaging. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment. Operate forklifts and Combi trucks safely to move products within the warehouse. Perform picking and packing duties to prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality control standards are met. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and report discrepancies as needed. Assist with the setup of shipping labels and documentation for packages being sent out. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping and receiving roles within a warehouse setting is preferred. Proficient in operating forklifts and combi trucks; certification may be required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of e-commerce operations is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods as required by the job duties.
