Services provided to client include mailroom activities including all shipping and receiving duties, customer kiosk/locker backup support, reporting preparation of all activities and other departmental duties.

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday –
Friday Hourly Compensation:
$23 What you´ll do: Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations of small shipping and receiving area Serve as primary point of contact for customer and help resolve issues that arise from shipping and receiving area Drive efficiency and satisfaction through reliable, accurate and dependable management of the Shipping and Receiving area Ability to work independently, for this position is responsible for inbound shipments of customer packages and outbound shipments within a one-person shipping and receiving area. Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks that include monthly reporting of inbound and outbound package volume, Site compliance against Ricoh’s Service Excellence standards. Provide great customer service to other departments and vendors to ensure a smooth operation daily Prior shipping and receiving experience is required with expertise in shipping software applications and MS Office Suite What we´re looking for: High school diploma or GED. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in technology and customer-facing roles. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong preference for previous training experience. Familiarity with B2B environments and technical processes. Advanced technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Why Join Us?
