Shipping Specialist Rustic Marlin 389 Columbia Road, Hanover, MA 02339 Job Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Shipping Specialists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for shipping out packages to customers. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations. We have Full Time and Part Time opportunities. Duties Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately. Utilize warehouse management systems to Pick and Pull to track inventory levels. Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate inventory counts and order fulfillment. Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines and resolve any discrepancies. Requirements Proven experience in a shipping and receiving role within a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
