In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, and possess strong skills in using various equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing lists. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately. Utilize warehouse management systems, including AS400, to track inventory levels and manage orders. Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient operations. Perform regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals. Adhere to safety protocols while operating warehouse equipment. Requirements Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role or similar warehouse position is preferred. Proficiency in using reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfillment processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
