Shipping/Receiving Associate Position Available In Worcester, Massachusetts

Shipping/Receiving Associate The Alpha Group Hopedale, MA 01747 Currently seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Hopedale, MA.

Responsibilities of Shipping/Receiving Associate:

• Prioritize daily tasks and upcoming shipments
• Pack finished goods and products and bring to warehouse
• Check completed orders for completion and accuracy
• Receive, sort, and put away materials in warehouse
• Prepare items for shipment by using multiple carrier databases
• Stage completed order in correct locations in shipping department
• maintain inventory levels
• Review daily backlog reports
• perform other warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements of Shipping/Receiving Associate:

• Previous shipping and warehouse experience required
• Familiar with international shipping
• Current or previous forklift certification
• Past experience with inventory control
• Must have UPS, FedEX and international Shipments software experience
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Hours:

8:00 am

• 4:00 pm

Monday-Friday Pay Rate:

$18.00/hr

• subject to increase once hired permanently
