Shipping Associate 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Gerald, MO 63037 We are currently hiring for the
SHIPPING
Department at Gerald Industries! Day shift hours Monday-Friday. Physical Requirements
- Visual acuity
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Ability to read and follow directions
- Must be able to stand for 8-hour shift Order Puller
- Demonstrates ability to read and understand customer requirements on orders.
- Demonstrates the ability to pull and count parts from assigned locations with bar-code scanning device and correctly document customer orders.
- Understands methods of shipment and packaging requirements. Packer
- Understands methods of shipment and packaging requirements; labelling, packaging, required documentation.
- Shipper
- Ability to understand shipping special instructions and method of shipment as required on customer order.
- Demonstrates competence utilizing Fed Ex, UPS, Visi-bar and Fourth Shift programs.
- Eventual forklift certification required.
