Jackson, MS Role and Responsibilities:
The Part Time Mail Processor and Shipping Clerk will be responsible for providing support across various functions within the warehouse and mail services ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services. Your responsibilities will include : Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records. Assist with FedEx and UPS shipments. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Operate mail sorting and inserter machines to process mail efficiently. Sort, process, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain accurate logs of mail and bulk mailings. Provide backup support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse operations and/or mail services preferred Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) safely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
