430pm-230am 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Walnut Grove, MS 39189 Positions Summary This position is responsible for daily clerical duties, calculates plant’s daily yields and plant’s scale tickets. Essential Functions Performs daily clerical duties such as but not limited to making photocopies, answering the telephone, filing, sending faxes receiving and sending emails. Bill out all outgoing product trucks. Write up all shipping logs. Process all incoming product trucks into our inventory. Must have experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. Enter production, rework, and inventory modifications into our internal database program. Perform close out for end of day, reporting for morning call and yields. Cross train for different shifts and be available if needed. Examine all photographic pictures of the loaded trucks prior to departure from our shipping dock. Performs various special tasks as assigned by management. This position does not directly supervise any employees.
