We are seeking reliable and physically strong Transportation Associates (Shipping & Receiving) to support outbound operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves active, hands-on work throughout the day and is best suited for individuals who thrive on staying busy and on their feet. As a Transportation Associate, you will process shipments, move materials using pallet jacks and hand trucks, verify packing documentation, and label outgoing cartons. You must be comfortable lifting heavy items, staying organized, and being physically active for your full shift.

Responsibilities may include:

Load and unload freight using manual or electric pallet jacks and hand trucks . Process small parcel and LTL shipments , verifying shipping documentation and labeling per DOT standards. Ensure outbound shipments are accurately labeled and staged for pickup. Handle repetitive lifting, bending, pushing, and standing for extended periods throughout the shift. Work closely with team leads to maintain a safe and efficient dock area. Inspect materials and products for damage before shipping. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform physically demanding tasks all shift. Must own steel-toe boots and wear them daily. Comfortable using pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment. Track record of showing up on time , following instructions, and getting the job done.
