E-commerce Production & Fulfillment Associate Description:

As an E-commerce Production & Fulfillment Associate at Cape Clasp (www.capeclasp.com), you’ll play a vital role in our daily operations, handling everything from order fulfillment to inventory management. Beyond the hands-on tasks, you’ll gain valuable insights into the workings of a successful e-commerce business, learning the ins and outs of Shopify, online retail strategies, and customer experience management. This role is perfect for someone eager to contribute to a mission-driven brand while developing skills that are essential for a career in e-commerce.

Schedule:

Part-time, typically 3 – 4 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the potential for additional hours and growth based on performance and business needs. Flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a motivated individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning. Previous experience in e-commerce or fulfillment is a plus, but not required.
