• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Team to join our distribution center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently receiving, processing, and shipping products to meet customer demands. This role is crucial to our operations, and we are looking for a motivated individual who can maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity.

• Duties:

• Receive and inspect packages, ensuring they are in good condition and accurate.
• Operate a pallet jack, forklift, or reach truck to move stock around the warehouse.
• Perform order picking and packing duties with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels by accurately tracking stock and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations.
• Operate AS400 systems to manage inventory, track shipments, and update customer orders.
• Process shipping and receiving transactions, including generating shipping labels and tracking numbers.
• Load and unload packages, pallets, and other items using various equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve distribution center goals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including assisting with stocking and stocking retrieval.

• Experience:

• Prior experience in a shipping and receiving role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or reach trucks.
• Familiarity with AS400 systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
