On-the-job training Weekends Required
Location:
Charlotte, NC 28273 Essential Responsibilities Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments. Stage deliveries. Store all products in designated locations. Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule. Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping. Obtain appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork. Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service. Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes. Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment. May operate other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight. Maintain grounds by picking up papers and trash and cleaning the parking lot and entrance to the building. Maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping itanized and clean. Mop, sweep, and wash offices, bathrooms, warehouse floors, truck docks, and aisles to ensure cleanliness. Remove trash daily by emptying trash containers, transporting materials to disposal areas, and recycling materials. Clean and sanitize products per Company standard operating procedure. Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all. Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts. Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation. Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department andpany operations. Warehouse Environment Physical Demands Lift or move at least 100 pounds Sitting frequently Standing frequently Walking frequently Talking frequently Hearing frequently Usage of hands and fingers Reaching with hands and arms Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally Sight is required to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Education High School diploma or equivalent preferred Professional Experience 1+ Years of general warehouse experience preferred Skills List Strongmunication skills. Ability to pay close attention to detail. Ability to manage time efficiently to ensurepletion of work. Knowledge General warehouse operations Knowledge of the equipment and function of Powered Industrial Trucks for product relocation and safety inspection Scope Work is closely managed and reviewed for accuracy and adequacy. Follows specific, outlined, and detailed directions. Under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks only as instructed, subject to regular check of performance. Failure to aplish results can normally be ovee without significant effect on theanization s are primarily with direct supervisor and others in group or department to give and receive information.
