What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds multiple times daily
Ability to tilt and roll up to 550 pounds contained in a drum, multiple times daily
Experience operating tow-motors
Familiarity with shop floor systems
Previous warehouse experience
Shipping and/or receiving experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
What You’ll Do as a

Shipping and Receiving Specialist:

Authorize and process incoming raw materials, finished goods, packaging, and customer returns
Verify the accuracy and visual quality of incoming freight by comparing package contents with records such as invoices or orders
Safely move materials to and from the warehouse, receiving, or staging areas, and place items in designated locations
Assist in optimizing warehouse space, perform periodic cycle counts, and complete required shop floor system transactions
Use a tow motor, pallet jack, or manual methods to move materials safely as needed
Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times
Pick and prepare customer orders from warehouse stock as instructed
Perform inventory transactions using Deacom, ShipWorks, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx systems
Conduct inventory cycle counts as directed
Perform daily maintenance checks on forklifts, pallet wrappers, loading docks, and other associated equipment
Complete additional tasks as needed, including shipping, consumer package order fulfillment, and small projects
