Description Summary As the Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for overseeing and documenting the receipt of packages, parcels, and supplies, ensuring proper storage, and preparing items for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and the ability to efficiently manage the flow of a high volume of incoming and outgoing shipments. Essential Functions Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Promptly unload deliveries and sort receivables for immediate shipment or inventory storage. Store items in designated areas to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse. Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments according to company and carrier guidelines. Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain accurate logs of daily movements, scanning inventory, and performing regular counts Collaborate and communicate with the logistics team, sales team, account management representatives, service providers, vendors, and drivers. Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready work area. Engage with vendors and drivers with a professional and positive attitude. Provide additional backup support to the inventory and engineering departments as needed. Responsible for scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock. Education and Competencies 1+ years of previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred. Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights. Proficiency in inventory management systems and shipping software is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently. Strong attention to detail is required Good written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of time management and organization Ability to work independently and within a team
