is a worldwide supplier of processing and clip packaging machines. Our product range includes fine cutters for emulsified products and a complete line of clippers from tabletop models to fully automated. Our organization is currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. As our Shipping and Receiving Clerk- you will report to the Warehouse Manager. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for inventory accuracy, receiving shipments, preparing shipments for transport and transporting received packages to designated departments. On a given day, you may: Verify, receive and distribute purchase orders and work orders using MRP system. Ensure that items are moved in the ERP system to match physical quantities. Pull parts and machines for sales orders and complete packing slips ensuring accuracy. Determine best method of packaging, crating, or boxing for shipment. Complete sales order transactions in ERP system and create shipping labels using computerized postal and shipping program. Ensure all established ISO work instructions are followed. Participate in ISO audits. Perform cycle counts and determine cause for discrepancies. Perform kitting for machines, clippers, sub-assemblies and stages for the assembly department. Requirements for the role High School degree or the equivalent. At least six months experience working in a shipping area or parts inventory department. Can work with others, in an independent production team environment. You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. Travel & Location This position is onsite in Apex, North Carolina.
