Shipping Technician Manufacturing Concepts Wake Forest, NC 27587

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of materials or products.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in product selection, packaging, and labeling.
• Utilize computer systems to update inventory records, track shipments, and generate shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve any shipping or receiving issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a shipping/receiving role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with shipping regulations and procedures is a plus.

Job Type:

$17.00 – $18.00 per hour
