Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm (Temp-hire) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and facilitating efficient order fulfillment processes. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming packages for quality and accuracy against purchase orders. Prepare and label products Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding delivery schedules, etc. Assist in picking and packing orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and prepared for delivery. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment processes and resolve any discrepancies in shipments. Experience Previous experience as a Receiving Clerk or in a similar warehouse role is preferred. Microsoft Office skills. Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
