Shipper/Receiver (part of Adecco) 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Salem, NH 03079 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipper/Receiver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all products are accurately tracked, stored, and dispatched. This role requires proficiency in warehouse management systems and familiarity with various shipping and receiving equipment. Duties Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and manage stock efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other machinery as needed. Perform order picking tasks for e-commerce shipments, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain an organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols. Assist with inventory management using MRP systems and AS400 software. Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping and receiving operations. Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in shipping/receiving roles within a warehouse environment is a plus. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate order processing. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and e-commerce logistics. Ability to operate reach trucks and pallet jacks safely. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience using RF scanners is advantageous.
