Job Summary Fast growing cabinetry company is looking for a driven, positive, and energetic individual that is detail-oriented, fast-paced and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
Assist with managing the flow of orders as they proceed through production Suggest improvements for all deliveries as identified Answer queries and communications through phone or email Schedule pick-up and deliveries Carry out necessary administrative duties as required Communicate complex issues to Operations Manager for immediate resolution. Generate scheduling/shipping related reports for Operations Manager Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in developing process improvements to improve workflow efficiency Assist Operations Manager as necessary for a seamless operation to ensure prioritize, planning, scheduling and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner. Qualifications Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft office proficient needed Self-driven and motivated Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision Education requirements/certifications HS Diploma or equivalent work experience College degree preferred
