Job DescriptionOverview:

Responsibilities will include signing in and out of truck drivers and completing appropriate paperwork. The clerk will also provide daily/weekly reports for Manager and or Management positions of shipping activities. Will coordinate shipping activities with sales and production personnel. The clerk will also fill in as a back up to create pallet tags as needed.

Types manifest, export papers and bills of laden in an accurate and timely mannerSchedules appointments with truck drivers to pick up ordersWill file and recall material in a standard filing systemMay perform other tasks as assigned by supervisorWill work as back up pallet tag operator when neededQualificationsHere’s what you’ll bring to the table:

Excel proficiencyStrong organizational skillsDetail orientedMust have basic computer literacyBi-lingual, English/Spanish desirableWilling to work long hours if needed.

Shipping, receiving, warehousing experience preferableCustomer service orientedMust be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
