Coordinate and execute all aspects of the shipping process ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify order details through assigned shipments provided by the logistics team. Palletize items securely following safety regulations. Facilitating smooth logistical operations to support efficient and detailed protocols. Effectively communicate about any discrepancy on physical inventory count. Uphold high standards in delivery timelines. Show a desire and willingness to learn and succeed. Complete all required training activities. Demonstrates commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, on-site attendance, is reliable and follows through on responsibilities.

Requirements:

2+ years of previous warehouse experience. Certifications in warehouse equipment + Forklift and pallet jack certified. Basic knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Principles A customer-focused attitude to support internal and external clients, ensuring that all orders are processed with the companys standards of service in mind. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction. Great physical stamina and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Capacity to adapt to fluctuating workloads, shift priorities based on order volume, and adjust to seasonal or urgent shipping demands.
