About the Role As a Logistics Technician Associate , you’ll play a key role in our warehouse operations—from receiving and inventory control to order fulfillment and shipping. Whether you’re scanning in a shipment, prepping gear for an event, or picking the perfect cable, your accuracy and hustle keep things moving. What You’ll Do During onboarding, we’ll get to know your strengths and assign you to one of the core fulfillment tracks. All roles are cross-trained—but here’s how the work breaks down: Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pick, pack, and process tech orders to match customer specs and deadlines Follow detailed checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness Ship with speed and care—every order is a reflection of our team Receiving & Processing Inspect inbound shipments and verify items against purchase orders Record all inventory in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) Flag and resolve any issues or discrepancies Inventory Control Support regular cycle counts and keep storage areas organized Help track high-use and high-value items Ensure systems stay clean, current, charged and accurate You’re a Fit If You… Have 2+ years of work experience—bonus points for background in retail, restaurants, or other fast-paced environments Are comfortable using Mac and Windows, Google Suite, Slack, and other warehouse systems Communicate clearly and keep teammates in the loop Stay calm under pressure, keep a sharp eye on details, and meet deadlines Take initiative—if your tasks are done, you jump in to help the team Can lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a warehouse setting Bonus Points If… You geek out on gaming, tech gear, or building computers You get satisfaction from building, labeling, or laying things out just right—whether it’s a workstation or a weekend project Why You’ll Thrive Here Clear systems and real-time documentation so nothing falls through the cracks A team that celebrates accuracy, reliability, and curiosity Mentorship and support from managers who want you to grow A culture that values progress over perfection—every order is a chance to improve
