Job Description:

Summary:

Ensure the receiving and shipping process is carriedout according to the relevant procedures. Supporting that allincoming and outgoing shipments are handled on time, documentationsare complying to relevant specifications and regulations. Ensuringthat all documents are available and traceable, properlyclassified/saved/filed and available to satisfy customer, internaland legal regulations. Â

Essential Responsibilities:

Receiving:

Entering all serial numbers into the MMS system Work with OutsideVendors to schedule return shipments, Â including contactingcarriers to arrange, critical, overnight or same-day shipments ForOutside Vendor returns; review all received paperwork, to confirmconformance then receive all SNs against the applicable PO in MMSScan and File all Incoming/Outgoing Paperwork to the appropriateBOX files

Batching:

Based on instruction batching the parts in

MMSsystem Shipping:

 Finished Goods and Outside Vendor Coordinate allexpected shipments with the S/R team to make sure they have thematerial (Finished Goods / Outside Vendor) packed and ready forshipping Coordinate all relative QCRs (Accept for Finished Goods orOV for Outside Vendor) Process all MMS transactions related toFinished Goods and Outside Vendor Shipments , provide all relativepaperwork (Pack Slips, SN Lists and COC) to the S/R team Organizeall outgoing Finished Goods shipments through OTM or direct throughFedEx or other carriers Organize all outgoing Outside Vendorshipments through OTM or direct through FedEx or other carriers

Finished Goods:

  send an email with Pack Slip, SN List and COC toEPF and HUN. Send an email to GLV advising shipments

CoordinateHungary Shipments:

create and plan all support material(electrodes, etc) through FedEx  Basic Qualifications High SchoolDiploma or GED equivalent. Ability to follow verbal and writteninstructions and take verbal instructions Eligibility RequirementsThis role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Governmentexport restrictions and this posting is only for U.S. Persons (U.S.Citizens, lawful permanent residents and protected individuals(e.g., certain refugees and asylees)).
