This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures. Responsibilities Manage the receipt of incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing lists. Prepare outgoing shipments by packing products securely and ensuring all documentation is accurate. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock effectively. Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks to move products safely. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all items are stored correctly to facilitate easy access. Collaborate with e-commerce teams to fulfill online orders promptly and accurately. Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy and report discrepancies as needed. Assist in the development of shipping processes to improve efficiency within the warehouse. Skills Proficiency in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is preferred. Experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. Familiarity with warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and order fulfillment. Ability to operate reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order processing. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
