Responsibilities:

Adequately wraps & packages fragile equipment and instruments for safe and secure shipment. Physically receive all items, assign bin location, and enter item location Bill outgoing shipments Enter material requisitions, inventory transactions, and warehouse transfers Print picking sheet(s), pack item(s) and calculate freight charge(s). Proficient in the operation of a pallet jack and forklift for loading/unloading equipment/supplies from common carriers. Maintain working knowledge of

UPS, FED-EX

shipping rules and regulations.. Periodic physical inventory and reconciliation Remains current on all training required by the Code of Federal Regulations related to HAZMAT. Enter purchase orders and fax/call vendor as needed. Check status when required. Order all standard stock items, backordered items, and not-in-stock items

Invoicing Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years shipping and receiving experience required Excellent oral/written communication skills Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is required SAGE100 experience is preferred Ability to multi-task, customer service driven, teamwork oriented, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, and takes pride in work Must be competent in the operation of material handling.
