Drum Area’s Military and Civilian population since 1992. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Utility Associate to join our winning E-Commerce team. Our current E-Commerce department include webpage, Google Shopping, eBay, Amazon, Etsy, and business-to-business.

Duties:

Manage inbound call flow Provide exceptional customer service and knowledgeable sales experience Stay up to date on company products, features and programs as well as industry trends Demonstrate attention to detail, accurately prepare orders and thoroughly document action steps taken in appropriate computer systems Make recommendations to customers regarding products that services based on available information Work with Marketing Manager to provide product pictures

Weekly Social Media Posting Preferred:

1-2 years proven sales experience 1-2 years proven customer service experience 1-2 years proven retail experience desirable 1-2 years proven online e-commerce experience Ability to build strong, positive working relationships Excellent phone etiquette, spelling and grammar Ability to work varying shifts to meet company needs which includes rotating weekends. Store hours are M-F 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday 9-5, and Sunday 10-5.

Compensation & Benefits:
