Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:
Receive and unpack incoming shipments Measure and inspect fabrics to ensure they meet quality standards Prepare orders for shipment using our shipping software and packing materials Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments Keep the shipping area clean and organized
Skills/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and interpret measuring instruments Basic computer skills, familiarity with shipping software a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds Prior experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred, but not required
Hours:
Typically, regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Compensation:
