Requirements:

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

A shipping lead is responsible for leading, training and supervising all associates. Ensure that customers receive the items they ordered in a timely manner, without any mistakes in the delivery. In this way, you will be seen as an important liaison between our business and our clients, making sure that everyone gets what they need quickly and efficiently.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Shipping

• Efficiently and accurately pick and pack orders for production and prepare for shipment. Package product with accuracy according to order pack lists. Ensure proper labeling and paperwork with all shipments. Scheduling
• Schedule freight, and small package carrier pickups. Inventory
• Assisting with inventory counts as needed. Help to maintain clean, safe, and organized workspace and warehouse. Data Entry
• Good computer and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Training:

Coaching and training new and existing employees.

Communication:

Communicating across the business.

Paperwork:

Checking and completing all required paperwork.

Quality checks:

Performing quality checks.

Shipping Rate quotes:

Sourcing and providing rate quotes to sales.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
