Job Description
Shipping and Receiving Polyset Company, Inc. Mechanicville, NY 12118
Essential Functions :
When notified that shipments are ready, ensures and audits all materials are accurately assembled according to the sales order Maintains daily shipping calendar using Company computer system Input raw material receipts into QMS form Coordinates with customer service and/or third party for logistic support of critical shipments Expedites order through the Company system to meet delivery target dates and traces orders when needed Helps resolve matters relative to damages, losses, and delays Assist in semi-annual inventory counts
Additional Responsibilities :
Interact with other departments as necessary and handle special projects when assigned by Management. Creates and assembles packing lists, tags, bills of lading, insurance and broker documents and other related shipping forms.

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour
