OUTCOMES

– What Success Looks Like 100% of orders shipped on time and accurately. Every order packed to premium standards—clean, consistent, secure. Shipping and packing area is organized and efficient without constant oversight. All tracking is up to date—customers never chase us. Products are inspected and verified before packing—no quality issues reach the customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Shipping Execution Pack and prepare orders with keen attention to detail —presentation matters. Inspect products for quality before final packing to ensure flawless delivery. Print and apply labels, weigh packages, and select optimal shipping methods. Maintain a clean, systemized, and well-stocked packing station. Logistics Coordination Schedule pickups and drop-offs with couriers and shipping partners. Proactively track shipments , resolve delays before customers notice. Stock + Supply Management Maintain inventory of shipping materials (boxes, tape, filler, labels, etc.). Work with the warehouse team to ensure products are ready for dispatch. Customer Impact Represent the Avoda brand in every package— presentation is part of the product . Ensure every delivery is accurate, complete, and arrives on time.

REQUIREMENTS

Detail-obsessed— you notice when something’s 1% off . Physically capable of packing and moving shipments (up to 60 lbs). Self-starter— you see what’s needed and handle it without being asked . Follows systems with discipline and contributes to improving them. Positive, reliable, and takes pride in a job well done. Experience with golf equipment or in the golf industry is a strong plus. Familiarity with Shopify, EasyShip, or similar tools (bonus, not required). This isn’t just packing boxes. It’s the final moment in the customer journey—and you make it exceptional.
