Intake Specialist – Medical Device Service Center Department 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Clinton, PA 15026 TOPS Staffing has partnered with a well-established electronic equipment service center that is looking to add an Intake Specialist to their team. This is a full-time, hands-on position that will require you to perform intake of units coming into the division for repairs. Candidates should have a strong technical aptitude and the ability to follow standardized procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently or as part of a close-knit team and is looking for long-term career growth within the electronics repair or maintenance field.

Monday to
Friday Hours:
Afternoon shift – 5 days a week 2pm to 10pm or 4 days a week from noon to 10pm
Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Use of computer to input units coming in for service into our inventory system, experience with any inventory software would be a big plus Decontaminate equipment using PPE and proper safety procedures Use of chemicals such as bleach or alcohol to clean various parts. Prepare and package units for return shipment to customers or warehouse storage Assist with shipping/receiving duties and packaging materials
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent Prior warehouse or intake experience would be a plus Any experience with cleaning or decontaminating medical equipment would a be plus Experience with computers and Microsoft Office, ERP systems or similar software would be a big plus
Skills & Requirements:
Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Comfortable using hand tools, PPE, and working with small electronic parts Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift, move, and package machines as needed Apply Today – Immediate Interviews Available!
