About the Role Macron Dynamics, Inc. is currently seeking a dependable and organized Shipper / Receiver to join our operations team. This position plays a vital role in managing the flow of materials and finished goods throughout our facility, including shipping, receiving, and occasional local deliveries to vendors and customers. Key Responsibilities Load and unload trucks; verify shipments Package and prepare outgoing products for safe transport Drive company vehicle to deliver and pick up items from vendors and customers Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials Interface with internal teams including Program Managers and Technicians Operate within ERP systems to manage inventory and shipping documentation Ensure materials are properly stored, labeled, and tracked Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 0-3 years of experience in inventory handling or shipping/receiving (manufacturing environment preferred) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (physically demanding role) Familiarity with ERP systems and basic computer skills Strong communication skills and attention to detail
