Parts Shipping and Receiving AG-Industrial, Inc. New Holland, PA 17557 AG-Industrial, Inc. in New Holland Pennsylvania is looking for a parts shipping/receiving clerk to join our ever growing team! The Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk receives incoming materials, products, and supplies and enters data in our business system. They are also responsible for preparing items for shipment, restocking shelves, and keeping a neat and orderly parts shipping area. Some of the Primary duties include… Determines shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures and rates. Examines contents and compares with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment. Prepares documents, such as bills of lading, and shipping orders. Corresponds with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications. Requisitions and stores shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock. Assist in keeping parts area clean, and orderly. Restocking of inventory. Operate forklift, after required training and certification. Assist other parts counter staff.
