Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities

• Creates premade and custom size boxes out of cardboard
• Package boxes with the appropriate materials, such as bubble wrap, styrofoam, etc .
• Handles the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
• Collaborates and communicates with administrative assistants and customer service representatives, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Must be able to travel to customers’ homes for hand deliveries in a company vehicle.
• Tracks and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments Shipping and Receiving Qualifications/Skills
• Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Strong sense of organization, time, and urgency
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Able to lift 50- 75 lbs
• Strong sense of hands-on skills
• Ability to use basic hand tools, including a tape measure
• Has basic computer knowledge
• Has basic mathematical skills Education Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• No experience required Starting Wage
